The Wild Carnival on February 29

• The Wild Carnival will take place on February 29 from noon to 2 a.m
• On the program : workshops with neighbors, a big parade in the neighborhood, food, wild batucada with Batukapté, group Afrobeat dance classes with Miraculeux, parade and contest of the craziest costumes, concerts by Papatef and Ovhal44…
