The "When I grow up, I'll be a knight" fun tour
Beautiful armor, shields, helmets, tournaments... The image of the knight is a dream come true. But is it really true? Who were the knights? How did they become knights? It wasn't easy, it required a long apprenticeship!
From Galopin to adoubement, your children will discover, activity booklet in hand, each stage of this apprenticeship, as well as the different methods of protection, and the different offensive and defensive weapons. They'll also learn many "technical" words, before discovering the evolution of weaponry over the centuries.
Clearly something to show off to your friends, or to "get" a great grade in history, seemingly without effort. We're sure you'll learn a lot too, parents.
A tour of the Army Museum, one of Europe's richest collections of weaponsfor a journey back in time in the company ofExcalibur, Joyeuse, Balmung, King Arthur, Lancelot, Roland, François 1er... and many other famous objects and characters. An exciting visit suitable for children aged 8 to 14.
