A free and family-friendly event
Not far from Montmartre, for a weekend, the Musée de Vie Romantique is organizing an exceptional weekend under the sign of celebration to close the exhibition “Géricault’s Horses” and before its closure for renovation.
Parents and children will be welcomed to discover the exhibition and the museum’s collections thanks to a special programme.
On the program of these 3 festive days: Open-air cinema, tales and children’s shows, offbeat and surprising visits, party for 3-12 year olds, Dj set by Mr Bonus, resident of the Rosa Bonheur

September 13, 14 and 15, 2024
Friday 13 September: Open-air cinema, 7:15 pm – 10:30 pm (for teenagers)
- Broadcast of the first episode of L’Armée des romantiques.
- A four-episode animated documentary series directed by Amélie Harrault produced by Silex Films and Arte France.
- This event series tells the story of the literary and artistic scene in Paris in the nineteenth century. Hugo, Sand, Balzac, Dumas, Delacroix, Nerval, Baudelaire… are the magnificent heroes of the first all-animated saga on the History of Art and ideas by Amélie Harrault, director of ” Adventurers of Modern Art ” and ” Mademoiselle Kiki and the Montparnos “.

- In the courtyard, the storyteller Laure Urgin will tell the most beautiful stories of her repertoire for attentive little ears aged 5 and over.
