Here, Art has always been present in all its forms. About fifty works are present in this Parisian business hotspot, which is also a place to live (and yes, there are inhabitants in La Défense, not just offices!!)
From the exit of the Esplanade de la Défense metro station to the Grande Arche, our lecturer takes you to discover this real open-air museum: giant spider, sleepwalkers, strange dancers, oversized bench… We will talk about art, sculptures, architecture, and even the history of the Paris Defense… You start to see the connection with the name of this district??? 😉
A fun and airy visit to the permanent collections of Paris la Défense in the company of great contemporary artists such as Calder, Takis, Selinger, Morellet, César and even a fragment of the Berlin Wall!
