Mini-Rock in the Seine

- The Rock en Seine festival is accessible to children with a ticket for the festival and accompanied by an adult who also has a ticket
- PLEASE NOTE: The sound can be loud – The festival is therefore forbidden to children under 3 years old, and it is better to wait until your child is 6 years old to go
- Children from 6 to 11 years old can register if at least one parent has a Rock en Seine ticket
- Children under 6 years old are not accepted.
A Rock festival, nothing for the children of festival-goers! While parents attend a concert, children are taken care of in a joyful and cheerful manner, away from the crowds. Because at Mini Rock en Seine, they are there to have fun, play, dance, sing.
Mini Rock en Seine was designed as a real place of expression but also to give the taste, the desire and to introduce the youngest to the workings of a festival. By participating in Mini Rock en seine, the futur.es petit.es festival-goers will have all the basics of Rock culture, and the professions of musical creation !
The program of Mini Rock en Seine
- 16h15-17h00 / 17h45-18h30 -LA FABRIC’A’RAP – To discover the secrets of rap making and create your own music: with a computer, write your own lyrics, practice rapping/singing and record all this on the microphone!
- Thursday to Saturday from 5:00-5:45 pm and 6:30-7:15 pm / Sunday from 4:00-4:45 pm and 5:30-6:15 pm- EVERY BODY ROCKS- A collective music-making workshop open to all with Artie, professional musician and performer. Overdriven guitars, drums, percussion, iPad with music apps. Equipment adapted to all situations of disability
- Thursday to Saturday from 7:15 pm to 8:00 pm / Sunday from 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm – MINI ROCK RADIO – introduction to radio with a Cafézoïde host – sound creation, games and experimentation
- Thursday to Saturday from 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm / Sunday from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm -MINI-SHOW: LA REPERE – follow the workshop and form a rap group, with a concert at the end of the workshop – discovery of the history of hip-hop and its disciplines
- 9:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m.: Tales – a quiet time lulled by stories after a day rich in emotion – under the tent
Continuous:
- Biblio-rock caravan – a quiet place that invites children to sit down with a book! Children’s selection, and game albums on the menu in a comfortable space
- Soundeffects and film music: interactive and fun workshop: sound effects, dubbing and music for a session – selection of films adapted to each age
- Social break space: They will find Jilu’s games and sensory tools, specially adapted for the learning and rehabilitation of children with disabilities. Various noise-cancelling headphones, weighted animals and timers are available
- A participatory fresco – all initiatives are allowed for creation! Make way for a colourful fresco at POSCA
- DJ Mix Workshop – Discovery of DJ practice, illustrated by demonstrations on DDJ-FLX4 controllers, machines full of buttons and colorful keys!
- Construction games – A rocket, a plane, a boat, a castle… inöuqa is a giant and magical construction game
- The Playground – A funfair atmosphere! Giant balls, wheel of luck, doctor Maboul … and so many other games, each one funnier than the last!
- Interactive Story Workshop – Through a fun and immersive audio fiction, children will be able to train their concentration and memorization skills, and learn vocabulary.
