Madame Brasserie at the Eiffel Tower
Lunch on the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower is above all an extraordinary experience, emotion and a gastronomic journey.
Thierry Marx, a two-starred chef, celebrates brasserie dishes that are the envy of the whole world. He revisits them as much as he does and remains faithful to the recipes of yesteryear, comforting and to the rhythm of seasonal products
In the very heart of the metal structure of the Iron Lady and at a height of 57 meters, it is a privilege to have lunch in front of the most beautiful view of Paris !
The large staircase leads to the beautiful room with a contemporary and very comfortable design. Made with eco-responsible materials, the place invites you to take your time with the children.
- To make the most of the panorama, the restaurant offers two exceptional views:
- The “Bay window” area offers a breathtaking view of the Trocadero
- While “Vue Paris” takes us on the Seine and immerses us in an exceptional view of the capital
- The superb metal structure of the Eiffel Tower is omnipresent since the entire surface of the room is glazed.
Thierry Marx’s cuisine, committed and responsible
Thierry Marx created La Guilde des Artisans de la Tour Eiffel, a network of craftsmen with remarkable and committed know-how
- Plants are valued
- the free-range yellow chicken is labeled red, the pork loin comes from a producer in Cantal
- the eggs are laid in Île-de-France and the young shoots come from a market gardener in Paris 20th
- Some desserts are even 100% vegan!
