Jump, turn, walk, meet: do as you like!
With "Danser", the Cité des Sciences invites children to get moving! The theme is universal, joyful and interactive...
An exhibition for young audiences very rhythmic, and also catchy for parents, and unfolds in five steps: "Turn", "Jump", "Walk", "Meet" and "Land".
Thanks to superbly choreographed, the little ones practice inventive bodily expression and interact with short choreographies.
Exploring the world it's also the diversity of musical cultures: flamenco, round dance, 70s disco! Hand in hand, front to back, side to side... you'll be hopping around, losing your balance!
Every 30 minutes, there's even a ball where you can try your hand at three dances from different eras.
But don't panic! The tour ends with the theme of "settling down", allowing children to understand the limits of the body through a calmer, more contemplative time.
Labeled a Cultural Olympiad by Paris 2024, this exhibition explores the links between art and sport and also talks about the values upheld by the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games
