Lunch on the Bateaux-Mouches

Go to the Bateaux Mouches ticket office and present your mobile coupon. You will receive a boarding pass with information about your boat.

Where : Port de la Conférence (in the 8th)
Route : the route forms a loop, like that of most cruises on the Seine (return to the starting point)

Is access easy for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the Bateaux Mouches welcome people with reduced mobility. It is best to warn in advance. Please note that access to the toilets on the boats is only via stairs.

Can we smoke on board?

No, the boats are non-smoking, but it is possible to smoke on the outdoor terrace of some of the restaurant boats.

Can you bring your dog?

No, no animals are allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.

Can I show my ticket on my mobile?

Reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the cruise date and are eligible for a refund. In the event of cancellation between 72 hours and 24 hours before the service, a change of date is possible within a maximum period of 6 months and depending on the availability of the Compagnie des Bateaux Mouches

Is the ticket refundable?

It is sent by email. It must be printed and presented at the reception desk of the Bateaux Mouches.
