For my nephews it was the first time and they loved it. Apart from the fact that it was a bit chilly (October at dusk, you had to think about your down jacket and nose warmer!), it was great fun: a great way to see the key monuments along the Seine. Well organized, even if very crowded! Clear information on how to take the boat. Definitely worth a visit ☺️

No details were given. We boarded the fly boat and no explanation was given (monuments, anedoctes....). What's more, as some people obviously couldn't respect the peace and quiet of others, there was a constant flow of people wanting to take photos of themselves, not respecting the peace and quiet and the field of vision of other passengers. So it's a shame that no one was there to see to it.

We were very disappointed by the service. We waited 45 minutes when there should have been rotations every 30 minutes. No explanation from the staff. We were crammed into the boat and went to the back. No microphone to take advantage of the explanations. And finally, to make up for the late rotations, the tour was cut short by 15 minutes, and we didn't get to go round the island of the city. Again, no explanation from the staff. Waste of time on a very busy schedule to enjoy Paris and very disappointed with the service that we do not recommend.

Hello. I could only find an email with a barcode for 2 people. The scanner lady at the boat entrance wouldn't let us through. No manager present. I had the invoice for 2 places, but the cashier didn't want to know. Finally, I got back on the boat, and another, friendlier girl took my phone in her hand, found the right email mail with the 2 barcodes and we were able to board the next boat. What a nightmare!

We were able to try out the fly boat for 1h10 with 6 and 7 year olds, and it didn't take too long. We appreciated being able to eat in the warmth during the ride, as it was really cold outside! What we didn't like were the people who kept going in and out without closing the doors, letting in the wind and cold and forcing the people near the doors to act as doormen. We didn't do exactly what we'd originally planned, and would have liked to have been warned. The boat turned back before the bridges leading to the Nôtre Dame church. To compensate for the timing, it continued past the Eiffel Tower towards the Maison de la Radio. Much less interesting, apart from the Statue of Liberty. Was there too much water for the original route? A bit painful to hear the translations in 5 languages... In the end, you don't really listen anymore, because it's almost always talking. The kids enjoyed it all the same, and so did we. It was a great way to rest the legs and dry the jackets a little before setting off again to discover Paris in a whole new way!

I recommend doing this in Paris, ideally at sunset: we had 30 minutes of daylight, and 30 minutes (the return journey) with the lights coming on (bridges, buildings, etc.) and the highlight, the sparkling Eiffel Tower on our arrival.

The ride was supposed to be beautiful, so I chose to book online to save time, to go at times that coincided with the setting sun, and to arrive early enough to get a seat. Once there, the staff were overwhelmed. No timetable posted, 45 min wait on site, I had read that there were departures every 30 min. We were among the first 50/60 to arrive and waited. The crowd came in continuously behind us. Finally, 45 minutes later, it was time to get on and NO ORGANIZATION! In the end, the first to arrive went up last! And those who arrived last had the door opened first, rushing like animals to keep complete rows on the floor. By the time we got upstairs, no seats were available outside! Even standing up, we couldn't get a "good seat". An hour's ride with NOTHING to see, a little girl disappointed and crying because yes, it was her dream to see Paris by boat. 32 euros (with discount) spent on NOTHING, a total loss of 3 hours! We should (but for that we need to invest!!!) think about a proper queuing system, and hire more employees to manage tourists who think they're KINGS and have no respect, such as screaming and whistling every time they pass under a bridge. Once yes... 12 times NO. NO on-site management, to be avoided at the height of the season!!!

A beautiful route, but not to be done in summer when the camp instructors encourage the children to scream, no scream, as soon as they pass under a bridge, preventing you from hearing any comments. You tell yourself they'll do it on the way out and it'll calm down... but no, no, you're wrong. It starts all over again on the way back. We opted for these tickets because of their low price, but in the end, we didn't enjoy them .... Buying the ticket in advance doesn't allow you to avoid the interminable queue with people who don't have their tickets, and then it's a mad scramble to get on the boat, with people pushing and shoving to choose and reserve seats... All this to end up standing with a phone in hand to film the monuments .... Deafening screams at every bridge crossing.... In short, the feeling of having seen very little and heard nothing of the explanations.... I'd say we got our money's worth, but we were sincerely disappointed .... In short, I wouldn't recommend

Hello, I had booked my tickets for a day in Paris for the July 14th festivities. My goal was to admire the fireworks with my family from the Seine, as many guides recommend. Unfortunately, by 17:00, all access to the banks of the Seine was blocked due to the extensive security arrangements put in place by the prefecture. My children were particularly disappointed, and in the end we had to make our way to the then-crowded Champs de Mars to watch the fireworks in far less comfortable conditions than originally planned... I regret that no warning was mentioned when I booked my tickets, and I hope I'll have the opportunity to make use of it next time I'm in Paris...

I was able to show my sister-in-law around Paris on a fly boat. She had an overview of the main monuments visible from the Seine. She was delighted.
