Amusement parks in Paris and Île-de-France

One of the favorite outings for children!

Many amusement parks in France are among the largest parks in the world. In France, the Puy du Fou was elected in 2019, the second largest theme park in France (by attendance). The Ile de France has a large number of amusement parks frequented by families. Disneyland remains the largest park in Europe.

They are seasonal and do not take place all year round. We advise you to consult the sheets of each of them to check the opening and closing dates of the park. Admission is usually free. The attractions and rides are then subject to a fee. You can find all the standards of funfairs : merry-go-rounds, stands of all kinds, cotton candy, candy apples…

For a relaxing day with the family, rain or shine, head to one of the amusement parks in Paris or its surroundings. Disneyland Paris is suitable for all ages and remains the No. 1 park popular with families. We have a slight preference for Parc Astérix (which remains on a human scale and warmer than the American giant)! The Jardin d’Acclimatation is the perfect place for toddlers. It has the advantage of being at the gates of Paris so it is very accessible, even if you don’t have a car. We have a soft spot for France Miniature : a journey into a miniature world where children can discover the treasures of France! Small downside: it is preferable to have a car to get there. The Manoir de Paris is reserved for teenagers and adults. It is located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris.
