ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE BATEAUX-MOUCHES LUNCH CRUISE:
- Departures are at the Bateaux-Mouches pier, located at the Pont de l’Alma (right bank). Taxis can access the passengers directly at the boat on the dock. See practical information.
- Be careful, the Compagnie des Bateaux-Mouches asks that guests wear proper clothing. Thus, people wearing sportswear, flip-flops, Bermuda shorts, caps are not allowed on board the boat. The management reserves the right to refuse access to the boats out of respect for its guests.

Is there an easily accessible car park? Yes, the Compagnie des Bateaux-Mouches provides its customers with a car park on the quay. It is free of charge for the duration of the cruise.
Is access easy for people with reduced mobility? Yes, the Bateaux Mouches welcome people with reduced mobility. It is best to warn in advance. Please note that access to the toilets on the boats is only via stairs.
Can we smoke on board? No, the boats are non-smoking, but it is possible to smoke on the outdoor terrace of some of the restaurant boats.
Can you bring your dog? No, no animals are allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.
Is the ticket refundable? Reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the cruise date and are eligible for a refund. In the event of cancellation between 72 hours and 24 hours before the service, a change of date is possible within a maximum period of 6 months and depending on the availability of the Compagnie des Bateaux Mouches
How does my e-ticket work? It is sent by email. It must be printed and presented at the reception desk of the Bateaux Mouches.
