• Since 2019, the painter David Hockney has taken up residence in the Pays d’Auge in Normandy
• The works of David Hockney presented at the Musée de l’Orangerie were imagined and created during the lockdown. The 4 seasons are represented
• David Hockney works on an iPad. In a few months, he produced a hundred images on his tablet
• He found his inspirations at home, in his garden and in the surrounding countryside
• It’s a very joyful exhibition, full of freshness, with a form of naivety that should appeal to the youngest

• We love the Musée de l’Orangerie, it’s one of the most beautiful museums in Paris. It is devoted to French painting between 1860 and 1930
• It’s a very nice museum with children, ideal for introducing them to Impressionist painting
• They will discover: Monet’s Water Lilies and also Renoir, Matisse, Sisley, Cézanne, Picasso, Modigliani, Derain, Soutine, Gauguin, van Dongen…
