The teen cooking workshop

It’s a nice idea to organize your teen’s birthday ! Cooking is on the rise among young people (the influence of all these successful cooking shows, no doubt). And cooking with others is even cooler. A complete cooking workshop for your teenager and his friends, on the occasion of his birthday, during which they will prepare a dish and a dessert to enjoy after the workshop. A workshop to be transformed into a brunch formula on Saturday or Sunday.

Formula n°1: at home (Paris and in Ile-de-France)

Price: €30 / teenager
Duration 2 hours (cooking workshop)
Minimum: 8 teenagers
The formula includes : the cooking workshop (preparation of a dish + dessert) and the birthday cake made by the animator Stéphanie
The choice of dishes can be made with the parents and the teenager who is celebrating his birthday: burger, pizza, sushi etc…
Ingredients and equipment are provided (including aprons), except for fresh filling products

Please note : for health (and hygiene) reasons, the fresh products that garnish certain dishes such as Hamburgers must be provided by parents. The host is not authorized to carry them.

Birthdays can be organized at lunchtime, dinner or brunch .

They take place on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and every day during school holidays) and in the evening (during the week or on weekends).

Formula n°2: at the Atelier (in Varenne-St-Hilaire in the 94)

Price: €35 / teenager
Duration 3 hours (about 1h30 of workshop and 1h30 of tasting)
Minimum: 8 teenagers
The formula includes : the cooking workshop (preparation of a dish + dessert), the tasting of the prepared dishes and the birthday cake prepared by the animator Stéphanie
The choice of dishes can be made with the parents and the teenager who is celebrating his birthday: burger, pizza, sushi etc…
Ingredients and materials are provided (including aprons)
The teenagers go home with one of the preparations made during the cooking workshop (burger buns, cookies…)

Can parents stay at the Atelier (94) during the birthday? Uh, no! It’s just for them
Can we choose the menu? We suggest dishes but if you have a specific request, no problem
How does the birthday at home work? Stéphanie arrives about 20 minutes early to sit down and prepare the table. And the workshop can begin

For the home workshop, what do parents have to provide? Nothing, Stéphanie comes with her equipment. Apart from the oven and the plates for cooking
