An experience to be enjoyed with family or friends with children and teenagers to rediscover with happiness – and according to all degrees of understanding – the hushed atmosphere of the Hôtel Salé, this fabulous private mansion located in the Marais district, while discovering the dialogue between the works of Sophie Calle and that of Pablo Picasso

  • For the pleasure of all, you will visit the Picasso Museum at night every 1st Wednesday of the month
  • What a pleasure to walk through the rooms and let yourself be enveloped by the hushed atmosphere of the museum!
  • As you wander around as you wish, you will be able to talk to mediators who will answer all your questions
  • This will be an opportunity to discover the exhibition “The Collection. Selected Works”, a selection of the most emblematic masterpieces of the collection.
  • Similarly, the temporary exhibition dedicated to the work of Sophie Calle “A toi de faire, ma mignonne”, guest artist on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Picasso’s death.
  • It is a disconcerting exhibition, which takes the opposite view of the usual celebrations made in honor of a great artist. Sophie Calle, through the archive and disappearance, reflects on memory, becoming and transmission
  • The Picasso Museum’s nocturnal show is a suspended time in the heart of the Marais district that we love

The Picasso Museum with the family

The Picasso Museum is interested in young people! For each exhibition, it offers a visit with junior audio guides (from 7 years old). And of course, like many Parisian museums, it offers guided tours for families during temporary exhibitions and workshops all year round for young people from 5 years old.
