A last opportunity for athletes to win their participation in the games
More than a meeting, it is a real sporting competition that is approved by the French Athletics Federation
Among the high-level athletes who will participate in the Pole and Vault of the Stars:
- Renaud Lavillenie, Olympic champion in London in 2012 and runner-up in Rio in 2016,
- Marie-Julie Bonnin, European Under-23 Champion in 2023, 6th at the European Championships in 2022,
- Ninon Chapelle, holder of the France pole vault record (4m75),
- Alix Dehaynain, who raised her record to 4m53,
- Menno Vloon, Dutch Olympian
On the program:
- 12:30 p.m.: national mixed competition,
- 3:30 p.m.: international women’s competition,
- 6 p.m.: men’s international competition.
It will be an opportunity for the public to discover this Olympic discipline in a very exceptional setting.
Activities included in your “Check-in + Boarding Pass” ticket
- The museum’s permanent collections through ten themed halls
- The tarmac, where two full-size models of the Ariane 1 and 5 rockets are presented,
- Temporary exhibitions
- The “Pass-Board” : you will be able to climb aboard four mythical aircraft: the Boeing 747, the Douglas C47-Dakota and the two Concordes of the museum – prototype 001 and Concorde Sierra Delta!
