- FORMAT: 6 km run or 4 km walk – easy level
- AGE: for all, from 4 years old for walking and 16 years old for running
- DURATION: about 3 hours
- PRICE: free registration or by free donation
PLEASE NOTE :
- Parental authorization is required for underage participants
- A medical certificate is mandatory for runners. Not necessary for walkers.

- 2 formats according to your desires and abilities: running (6 km) or walking (4 km)

- On Sunday 6 October, collective warm-up at 10 am / Start of the walk and run from 10.30 am.

- Many activities will be offered on the route from 10:30 am to 4 pm

- Race in pairs (6 km): from 16 years old
TIMETABLES
- 10:30 am – 4 pm: activities in the solidarity village
- 9 am – 10 am: bib collection
- 10:30 am: warm-up
- 11 a.m.: start of the walk
- 11:30 am: start of the race
